A Simple Conversion

Games Workshop Sponson mounted Assault Cannons for a predator

Monkey Chuka asked if the AC's on this guy was a conversion as well. And yes, in fact it is and a very simple on to.

You need:

• The original Sponson Heavy Bolters
• A sharp knife
• Plastic cutters
• A file
• Glue
• Spare Assault Cannons. I had quite a few spare from Stormhawks. 

Just chop off the bolsters barrel off, cut the barrel assembly off the AC's, and then attached the two parts. Fill in any gaps if you want.

Made the cuts, and the chops, and simply glued together. On this on I added a thin strip to the to that followed the curve of the bolter. 

With this one I just added a small piece to level out the ammo-box. I prefer the Baal predator sponsons. Just putting it out there.
